Why Fitness?
Mary Ann has been a fitness instructor for more than 23 years and believes that health is an important for both your physical and mental health. Just as a bouquet of fresh flowers can brighten your day taking an hour or two a week just for you will allow you to be more present in the moment for you and your loved ones.
Classes at Zero Cost!
Why are classes at zero cost to the consumer? This classes are free due to the fact that they are grant based. Mary Ann has received grants from senior resources to cover all the cost of the classes.
Tai Chi II
Tai Chi is slow meditative movements that are proven to improve balance, flexibility and health. This tai chi program is designed for people with balance issues as well as arthritis.
This class is free to all to participate.
8-week program 2 times a week.
You are welcome to join anytime during a session, please come to as many classes as you are able. Classes run 1 hour and you may do the classes standing or sitting in a chair or a combination.
You may join this class at any time and attend as many classes as you are able to attend.
